Global Wulfsberg Flexcomm II W/Guard Receiver
The RT-5000 AM/FM multi-band covers the 30-50, 50-88, 118-136, 136-174, 220-400, 400-512 and 800-960 MHz frequency bands. In addition, a second receiver called a "guard" is included for monitoring an additional frequency. This guard receiver is a fully 29.7 MHz to 960 MHz synthesized version.
SkyTrac Systems ISAT-100 Flight Following System
Automated flight following and two way data/voice communications between aircraft and ground. The ISAT-100 system transmits short burst data (SBD) and voice telephony via Iridium LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellites.

Saab Airborne AIS Transponder System
Receives and displays navigation and identity data from vessels and navigation data from aircraft. Also transmits the helicopter’s own navigation data. Parameters received from other aircraft include: position, course and speed over ground, heading, turn rate, navigational status, and position accuracy.
For vessels, MMSI (Maritime Mobile Service Identity) and IMO (International Maritime Organization) number, ship name, call sign, length, beam, type of ship, location of GPS antenna on ship, draft, cargo, destination, and estimated time of arrival are available.
Standalone system receives and transmits data in the VHF marine band and includes R4A Transponder, VHF antenna, GPS antenna, and ruggedized laptop with ICAN Electronic Charting Systems software.
Traffic Advisory System, TCAS 1, Integrated, Honeywell KTA-970
Traffic and Collision Avoidance System
The KTA 970 TCAS I actively interrogates other transponder equipped aircraft for positioning, distance, speed, and altitude of the other aircraft. Features include: active interrogation; tracks up to 60 targets and displays up to 30 targets; displays 8 ranges from 2nm to 40nm; 1,200-knot closure rate; up to 10,000 feet per minute vertical tracking rate.

Navigation
FMS – Universal
Navigation with GPS (UNS-1Esp) with MMMS
Universal Avionics Systems Corporation’s UNS 1Esp MMMS Flight Management System with an embedded 12-channel GPS/GLONASS receiver and Multi-Mission Management System (MMMS) software is a fully integrated navigation system.
The FMS accepts primary position information from short and long range navigation sensors such as DME, VOR and GPS. Primary position data received from each sensor is combined in a kalman filter, contained in the FMS, to derive a best computed position. The latitude and longitude of the aircraft’s position is presented on the cockpit navigation display page.
The MMMS (Multi-Mission Management System) equipped FMS includes the ability to steer the aircraft through six distinct flight patterns – rising ladder, race track, expanding square, search sector, orbit, and border patrol. Characteristics of all patterns can be manually altered or customized by the flight crew depending on mission.
Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS)
The Honeywell MKXXII EGPWS computer provides terrain alerting. The EGPWS uses aircraft inputs including geographic position, attitude, heading, air-speed, glideslope, landing gear position, and engine parameters. These are used with the internal terrain, obstacle, and airport databases to predict potential conflicts between the aircraft flight path and terrain or an obstacle. A terrain or obstacle conflict results in the EGPWS providing a visual and audio alert.
A graphic display of the surrounding terrain is displayed in the cockpit.
FLIR
The Wescam MX15 FLIR System with gyro stabilised Turret System is fitted with a
infra-red camera with high magnification 4 steep zoom. Fitted in the same turret
a colour CCD daylight imaging camera with zoom. Images from both sensors can be
recorded as required. The system also incorporates a selectable automatic scan
facility for searches plus range and bearing to target and automatic target
track.
First Aid
Equipment
A comprehensive list of First Aid equipment is carried on board the aircraft.
The rear crew are fully trained in its use, including heart monitoring,
defibrillation, advanced airway management, cannulation, fluid management and
resuscitation techniques. A Heart monitor and defibrillator is carried aboard
all MCA aircraft.
